I have had a lot of physical therapy for various sports injuries but none compared to creative rehab. At creative rehab they helped me not only recover from surgeries but to get back to doing activities that were important and meaningful to me. They truly cared about my goals and how I was feeling at each and every visit. I would highly recommend them, especially Nichole!

I was barely able to use my right arm due to a shoulder impingement/bursitis. I had pretty much decided I'd need to become a lefty because it hurt so much to use it. Fortunately, I went to Creative Rehab and worked with Jayne Armondo. She was extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, caring and had great exercises and insight to help me recover most of the use of my right arm/shoulder. I would highly recommend Creative Rehab to family and friends.
